RETURN:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return goods purchased remotely within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are unused, in the original and undamaged packaging. For a refund or unilateral termination of the contract, it is necessary to fill out the contract termination form or send an unambiguous statement by mail or e-mail ( info@radnaodjeca-mijo.com ). The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product, and the costs of the original delivery are not included in the refund.
In the event of a product exchange, the buyer bears the shipping costs in both directions according to the current price list. Free shipping does not apply to the exchange of correct products.
