The easiest way to place an order is through our web shop radnaodjecamijo.com. Alternatively, you can send your order to us by e-mail at info@radnaodjeca-mijo.com.
To place an order, we need the following information: name, surname, address (street, house number, city), telephone number, and payment method (cash on delivery, general payment slip, bank transfer, internet banking).

You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store shipping information, view your order history, and view your product's warranty information.

You can pay for your web order by card, by depositing it into our account (general payment slip/internet banking/transfer), or in cash when you pick up your package.
You can pay with credit cards securely through the Stripe service.

We currently deliver only in the territory of Croatia and Slovenia. If you are from another country that is not listed and you want to order our products, for shipping conditions, please contact us via e-mail at info@radnaodjeca-mijo.com.
What is the delivery price?

Delivery within Croatia is free for orders over 130 EUR. For orders under 130 EUR, the delivery price is 5 EUR.

Products in stock will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery time for other products is 5 to 7 business days from the moment of receipt of the order. The seller will deliver the goods if they are available. In the event that the seller is unable to deliver, we will contact you.
We work with GLS courier service.

The ordered product can be returned for a refund or exchange for another one.
Please note that the product can be returned if it is not assembled or damaged within 14 days from the day of delivery.
